I received tracking NO, but it says no records?

We can get the tracking number once shipment release normally, and then send tracking number to you for tracking purpose. If you cannot see records on the site right away, please try to see records later, because sometime the carrier input the shipping information not so quickly, it may take about 1-2 days. However, we can guarantee that the shipment been on the way if you have received the tracking number.
